I cannot connect with my VPN login/password

Possible reasons:

  • VPN connection settings are not correct. Refer to our setup instructions if needed.
  • The login or password are not correct. Please, double-check.
  • Your login/password pair has expired. Free trial VPN login/password pair expires after 24 hours from the moment of its generation or after 60 minutes of usage (whichever comes first). Premium VPN login/password pair expires after 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days or 365 days (depending on your choice) from the moment of purchase.   • Your ISP (Internet service provider) is blocking VPN connections. It happens quite rarely, but not unheard of. Contact your ISP to check if this is the case.

VPN speed suddenly dropped significantly

Possible reasons:

  • Connectivity issues in the network between you and our servers. This is beyond our control, unfortunately.
  • You had been using media streaming applications or other traffic intensive applications for a prolonged period of time, which did not comply with our "fair usage" policy. We limited your connection speed according to the Terms of Service.
  • Our monitoring system had detected that port scanning, spamming or other prohibited activity was initiated from your account (possilby as a result of your computer being infected with a virus, trojan or other malware), or that P2P file sharing applications were used. We limited your connection speed and we may terminate your account if the prohibited activity continues.

I paid for the premium VPN service but did not receive the login/password

This could happen in some rare cases, for example if you closed your browser before the procedure was completed. Please, double-check your mail Inbox if you paid with PayPal. Make sure that your spam filter does not move messages from [email protected] to the Spam folder. If you still don't see a message with your login/password, please, check your PayPal account to make sure that the payment really went through. If so, please, contact us at [email protected] and make sure to include your payment transaction details - messages without this information will not be answered. Please, allow up to 24 hours for reply.
