These are the terms of service you are agreeing to when you are using the services of vpnjack.com. Violation of these terms of service may result in termination of your service without advanced notice or warning and/or refund, as well as legal actions against you.

You agree not to use our services for P2P file sharing applications.

You agree not to use our services to send out unsolicited or fraudulent materials. This includes, but not limited to the following: sending unsolicited emails (i.e. SPAM mail), mass-marketing mails (even if they are in a opt-in list), hate mail, unsolicited instant messages, unsolicited SMS, or identity theft or scam related materials etc.

You agree not to use our services to hack or attack any computers, servers, or networks on the Internet, including ours. It is your responsibility to ensure that any such activity does not happen as a result of your computer being infected with viruses, trojans or other malware.

You agree not to use our services to engage in any activity related to child pornography.

You agree not to use our services to threaten or harass anybody.

We reserve the right to terminate your account without notice or refund if we receive any complaints about your activities from other users, servers, companies or internet service providers.

When using our free VPN service, you agree to the following:

• Your login/password pair is valid for 24 hours.
• Your login/password pair allows you to connect several times during this period but the total VPN time is limited to 60 minutes.
• You cannot request more than one login/password pair in 24 hours.

When buying our premium VPN service, you agree to the following:

• It is your responsibility to ensure that VPN connectivity is not blocked by your Internet service provider before you buy your premium VPN login/password. It is also your responsibility to set up a VPN connection on your computer or mobile device with the provided login/password. You may try our free VPN service first and refer to our setup instructions if needed. We do not make refunds and do not accept complaints if you cannot connect after buying the VPN login/password.
• You login/password is valid for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days or 365 days (depending on your choice) from the moment of purchase and cannot be used after that.
• You can connect and disconnect as many times as you want, and stay connected as long as you want during the validity period.
• We do not limit your connection speed, but you understand that it may be limited by the network architecture between you and our servers.

You agree that the "fair usage" policy applies to our services. If you use media streaming applications or any other traffic intensive applications for a prolonged period of time we may limit your connection speed.

You understand that our VPN service is provided for personal use. You agree not to share your login/password with others. You agree not to sell your login/password to others.

You agree that our services offered to you are provided on an AS IS basis, with no warranties whatsoever. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, inconveniences, or whatsoever damages, or loss of profit, that may arise from the use of our services.

While we do everything in order to ensure the quality of our services, we cannot and do not guarantee the speed of our services. We also cannot and do not guarantee that you will have uninterrupted services. We have no control and cannot guarantee on how the Internet will perform in your area.
